cupcakes!

Ive been vegan for a whole 3 weeks and a bit now, so I thought I'd try my hand at a bit of baking, eventhough I don't really like cake. I found an super super good vegan and vegetarian recipe website and thought I'd try out one of the recipes for chocolate cupcakes. Putting vinegar in cakes did seem a bit weird.. but they turned out AMAZING!! All bouncy and soft and uber chocolatey :D

I'm so proud!
